    Shipping, Processing and Order Times

    • Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
    • Delivery time: 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday)
    • Shipping costs: Free delivery on all orders

    Estimated delivery by country:

    • United States: 5–8 business days
    • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
    • Canada: 7–14 business days
    • Australia: 10–18 business days

    Order Tracking

    A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to appear in the system.

    If tracking information is not updating, please allow an additional 2–3 days before contacting us. In rare cases, tracking may not update in real time, but your order is still on its way.


    Delivery Delays

    Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues.

    If your order has not arrived within 3 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at support@skinsolvera.com and we will investigate immediately.


    Missing or Incomplete Orders

    Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. If you ordered multiple items and only received part of your order, please allow 1–3 additional business days for the remaining items to arrive before contacting us.


    Lost or Stolen Packages

    If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@skinsolvera.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will resolve the issue.


    Customs and Import Duties

    For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.


    Shipping Zone

    We currently ship to: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia.

    We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
